Job summary

Propeden in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced sales professional to handle incoming leads, understand client requirements, and present interior design solutions. You will coordinate with Design and Execution teams, schedule site visits, and drive negotiations from enquiry to handover.

The role emphasizes maintaining client relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, and leveraging referrals to generate new business.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in interior design, real estate, home improvement or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable conducting customer meetings and site visits.
• Telugu and English communication skills preferred.
• Basic knowledge of interior design and modular interiors is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
• Candidates with strong reference/referral-based sales experience will be preferred.
