Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure in Pune seeks an interior designer with 2-3+ years of experience to develop functional and appealing interiors, coordinate with vendors, and manage material costs. The role covers design development, plan preparation, and oversight of project progress.

You will produce mood boards, plan MEP works, and ensure timely completion of tasks in a hospitality setting. Diploma/degree in interior design preferred.

Qualifications

• Developing designs per brief for functional, appealing spaces.
• Technical understanding of interior design range for quality execution.
• Researching plans and sketches for interiors, materials, finishes, lighting.
• Selecting materials and labor; BOMs as per designs.
• Responsible for costing and budget of the project.
• Inspecting and supervising work to meet quality, costs, deadlines.
• Prepare weekly bar chart and supervise progress.
• Manage and execute interior projects.
• Produce sample mood boards.
• Plan and execute MEP works.
• Set material flow schedules with purchasing and vendors.

Job Expectations

PREREQUISITES: -

Should be qualified in interior designing, well versed with co-ordination, technical drawings, concept design, design reviews, milestones follow up on projects deliverable & vendor management.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma/Degree from a reputed institute.

Minimum Job Experience

Work experience of 2-3 years and above.
