Job summary

Grew Energy is seeking a creative and execution-focused Interior Designer to plan, design, and execute office and industrial interior projects in Ahmedabad. You will manage end-to-end interiors, ensuring quality, cost optimization, timely delivery, and safety compliance.

The candidate will design layouts, prepare 3D visuals and BOQs, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and oversee budgets and vendor approvals to deliver projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture is required.
• 4–10 years of experience in office interiors, manufacturing plants or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, ergonomics and project execution.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design office layouts, workstations, conference rooms, cafeterias and common areas.
• Prepare layout plans, 3D designs, BOQs and material specifications.
• Execute interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and progress.
• Manage vendor selection, procurement and material approvals.
• Prepare project budgets, monitor costs and certify contractor bills.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes and company requirements.
