Job summary

GHD Infra Developer in Panaji, Goa is seeking a creative Interior Designer to develop interior concepts, layouts, material palettes, and 3D designs for residential flats and villas.

You will coordinate with Architects, vendors and project teams to execute designs, conduct site visits for measurements, prepare drawings and specifications, and manage timelines and budgets while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong design sensibility, spatial understanding and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or other 3D visualisation tools.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and detailing.
• Strong understanding of colour theory, texture, and material selection.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
