Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and detailed design solutions for premium projects.
• Prepare space planning, floor plans, elevations, and interior detailing drawings.
• Produce GFC drawings and working details for site execution.
• Create 3D models, renders, and client presentation materials.
• Select finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories for interiors.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, structural consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Visit sites to ensure design intent, quality, and project specifications.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Interior Designer with a passion for delivering high-end interior spaces. The ideal candidate should possess excellent design sensibilities, strong detailing skills, and a thorough understanding of modern materials, construction techniques, and execution processes.

The candidate should be capable of taking projects from concept to execution while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and detailed design solutions for high-end projects.
• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, wall elevations, and interior detailing drawings.
• Produce comprehensive Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and working details for seamless site execution.
• Prepare 3D models, renders, and presentation materials for client approvals.
• Select and specify finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories suitable for premium interiors.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, quality standards, and project specifications are maintained during execution.
• Resolve site-related design and technical issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest interior materials, finishes, products, construction technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end interior design and detailed working drawings.
• Excellent understanding of interior detailing, joinery details, furniture detailing, ceiling systems, flooring systems, wall cladding, lighting integration, and custom-built elements.
• Thorough knowledge of premium materials, finishes, hardware, fittings, and contemporary construction technologies.
• Good understanding of interior construction methodologies, site execution, and coordination with multiple agencies.
• Ability to interpret design intent into accurate construction drawings.

Software Proficiency:

The candidate should be proficient in:
