Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, visually appealing layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to collaborate with project teams and support implementation.
• Experience with FF&E selection and specification for cohesive design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in the Pune Division. The Interior Designer will develop concept designs, space plans, and detailed layouts for residential and commercial projects, aligning with client requirements and brand standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing design presentations, selecting finishes and materials, and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve design issues. The Interior Designer will also manage project documentation, support cost estimates, and ensure designs comply with safety and local regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, visually appealing layouts.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to collaborate effectively with project teams and support implementation.
• Candidates should possess experience with FF&E selection and specification to ensure cohesive and practical design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and work collaboratively on-site.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, building codes, and local regulations in the Pune Division is an advantage.
