Job summary

Square Yards in Pune is seeking a dedicated Interior Designer/Design Consultant for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, plan spaces, create construction drawings, and select FF&E to match client vision.

You will collaborate closely with clients and vendors to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing solutions, while ensuring schedules and budgets are respected. Prior experience in high-end residential/commercial design is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Interior Designer/Design Consultant. The role involves developing and executing interior design projects, planning interior spaces, creating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment). The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring functional and aesthetic design solutions that align with their preferences and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Knowledge of Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
• Experience in selecting and integrating FF&E for various design projects
• Strong communication and client interaction skills
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Ability to manage on-site coordination and ensure project timelines are met
• Prior experience in high-end residential or commercial interior design is a plus
