Job summary

Mavericks Landmark in Pune division, India, seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead end-to-end interior projects on-site. You will develop concepts, prepare presentations, lead space planning, and select finishes and FF&E.

The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and vendors, reviewing construction drawings, guiding junior team members, and ensuring the design intent is realized on site.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and FF&E skills, including concept development and detailed selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning skills, with the ability to optimize layouts for function, circulation, and building codes.
• Candidates should possess Architecture-related skills, with familiarity in integrating interior solutions with architectural design and building systems.
• Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including the ability to produce, review, and coordinate detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated experience in managing interior projects, client communication, and on-site coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and collaborative working style.

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion for on-site assignments based in the Pune Division.
