Job summary

MAIA Estates in Bengaluru seeks an architect with a strong interior design sensibility to lead concept development and material selection for luxury residential and hospitality projects.

Ideal candidates hold a B.Arch degree with 4+ years in ID or as a developer, and are proficient in SketchUp and Vray/Enscape rendering, capable of coordinating with internal teams and consultants to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury interior design (residential and hospitality).
• 4 years’ experience with a developer or ID studio (preferred but not a must).
• Architect (B.Arch. graduate) but inclined to interior design.

Responsibilities

• Develop design briefs, concepts based on the project vision.
• Translate design direction into mood boards, renders, and drawings with accuracy.
• Assist in selection of materials, preparation of sample boards and finalization of materials based available budgets.
• Track, manage, and adhere to project schedules and deadlines effectively.
• Review/ Selection of FF&E adequate to the design brief.
• Accessory selection and styling of interior spaces.
• Coordination with internal teams and external consultants to close design with all relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve design issues and clashes promptly to ensure smooth progress of projects
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet project milestones
