Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and developing design feasibilities for evaluating new business opportunities
• Leading and coordinating project design from concept to execution
• Maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of architectural drafting
• Managing the accuracy of the drawing tracker
• Implementing state of the art design standards and laws
• Performing quality checks on consultant drawings
• Inspiring and leading a team of Architects
• Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and nomenclature of drawings
• Managing relationships with local and international consultantsEnsuring design statutory compliance
• Resolving design issues and clashes
• Monitoring project timelines and coordinating with all stakeholders

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture


• 8 years of experience


• Designed and coordinated large scale luxury high rise residential or hotel projects


• 5 years of project coordination


• Comfortable operating from Office or site /Travel for work

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

• Worked with international design consultants


• Worked on BIM models


• 3D Rendering/ Sketch Up


• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification/ Construction Management
