Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru South. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing space plans, and coordinating interior layouts that align with client requirements and brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project stakeholders, creating construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring design feasibility with architecture and engineering teams. The role involves site visits, monitoring implementation quality, managing vendor coordination, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. The Interior Designer will also prepare presentations and design documentation to communicate ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate concepts into practical, aesthetic solutions.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning expertise to optimize layouts for functionality, safety, and user experience.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed technical documentation for execution by contractors.
• Candidates should possess FF&E knowledge, including sourcing and specification of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong visual, conceptual, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors; previous experience in commercial or office interiors is an advantage.
