Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects from concept development through detailed documentation and on-site execution. Responsibilities include developing space plans, producing design presentations, preparing construction and technical drawings, sourcing etc. The role involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors, overseeing project timelines and quality, and mentoring junior designers to maintain design standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Yelehanka/Sarjapur Bengaluru, with regular site visits and client meetings required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with a proven ability to lead concept development and design direction.
• Proficiency in Space Planning, ensuring efficient, functional layouts for residential and commercial environments.
• Advanced skills in Construction Drawings and technical documentation, including coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and procurement, with a keen eye for materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior design role.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Proven project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination; experience in Bengaluru market is an advantage.
