Job summary

Aedium Design in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to develop detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for diverse projects.

The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, budget adherence, and timely delivery, while mentoring junior designers and keeping up with the latest design trends and materials, finish selections, lighting concepts, and space planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in interior design
• Experience delivering large projects
• Bachelor’s in Architecture required

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models.
• Preparation of preliminary designs, concept & schematic drawings, working drawings, full detailed drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and deadlines.
• Help prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Visiting site on a periodical basis and clearing the site related queries.
• Supervising Junior Architects and interns and assigning them tasks as and when required.
• Maintaining project schedules and completion timelines to the clients as well internally.
• Stay up to date with trends, technologies, and materials in architecture.
