HomeLane is seeking a skilled interior designer to manage design-to-order for residential projects, translating client needs into practical, aesthetically appealing concepts while ensuring feasibility. You will create quotations, designs, and drawings, coordinating with production, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires strong space planning, knowledge of modular furniture, materials, and execution processes, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design or architecture with 2–6 years of experience.
• Residential interior design experience 1–8 years.
• Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp is mandatory.
• Strong fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.
• Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
