Job summary

Sobha Ltd. Bengaluru is seeking an experienced interior design professional with 3+ years in residential interiors or luxury projects. The role involves meeting clients to understand lifestyle, preferences, requirements, and budget.

You will develop and present concepts, mood boards, layouts, and materials, provide design consultations, and coordinate with design, sales, and execution teams to ensure smooth progress and timely closures. Strong client communication and coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Interior Design / Design Consultancy / Interior Sales, preferably in residential interiors or premium/luxury interior projects.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Confident in presenting design concepts to clients.
• Customer-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Commercially aware with a sales-oriented approach.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into design solutions.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by preparing design proposals and assisting in converting enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials finishes, and products.
