Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc is seeking a Systems Engineer (Enterprise Tools BWA) in Pune/Hyd to own and optimize enterprise tool environments. You will lead tooling integration, automation, and platform engineering with a focus on Control-M and related monitoring stacks.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, scripting skills, and ITIL awareness. You will collaborate across infrastructure and vendor teams to ensure proactive operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or enterprise tools
• Experience with automation and integration development
• Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Shell, Python)
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Change and Problem Management
• Willingness to adopt AI-assisted tooling for scripting and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise tool environments
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Create and maintain automation scripts to reduce repetitive tasks
• Own end-to-end operational performance and RCA for incidents
• Act as technical resource for escalations within the platform area
• Document SOPs and knowledge bases
• Coordinate with infra, application and vendor teams to resolve issues

Role: Systems Engineer (Enterprise Tools BWA)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer Enterprise Tools (BWA) with expertise in enterprise tool administration, integration development, automation, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation, management, integration, and optimization of enterprise tools, with a strong focus on Control-M, and workflow automation platforms. The role requires ownership of critical enterprise applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving operational excellence in a global support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise tool environments relevant to the assigned track.
• Develop and manage integrations between enterprise platforms and business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and automation frameworks.
• Build and maintain scripting/automation to reduce repetitive operational work and standardize routine tasks.
• Take end-to-end operational ownership proactive monitoring, root cause analysis (RCA), recurring issue reduction, and continuous improvement rather than only reactive ticket resolution.
• Act as a primary technical resource for incidents and escalations within the assigned platform area.
• Apply an automation/AI mindset proactively using modern AI-assisted tools for scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and vendor teams for issue resolution.

Enterprise Tools / Platform Engineering

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following :
• BMC Control-M
• AppDynamics, Grafana, Nagios, or OpenSearch
• GitHub
• Rancher

Required Skills

• Strong scripting/automation ability (e.g., PowerShell, Shell, Python, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration/middleware platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) skills.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Demonstrated operational ownership mindset, with willingness to use AI-assisted tools for scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Ability to learn and support multiple enterprise platforms beyond a single tool.
