Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer – SAP Automation with (Tosca/WorkSoft)

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer with strong expertise in SAP Functional Testing and Automation using Tricentis Tosca. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP systems testing and automation frameworks, along with the ability to design, develop, and execute robust automation test suites. Exposure to Worksoft Certify is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for SAP applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across SAP modules.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by identifying defects, tracking issues, and validating fixes.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.
• Ensure compliance with testing best practices, standards, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with strong focus on SAP testing.
• Expertise in SAP Automation using Tricentis Tosca.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in test design, execution, and defect management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Worksoft Certify.
• Knowledge of additional test automation frameworks/tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
