Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc. in Gurugram invites applications for a Program Director - D365 to lead ERP transformation initiatives across global delivery. You will oversee delivery, budgets, and resources, and drive the rollout strategy with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings extensive Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience, strong governance and stakeholder management, and a strategic mindset to steer complex programs within a fast-moving IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP transformation projects, especially Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong IT governance knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in managing complex programs and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global delivery, budgets, and resources for the program.
• Define global rollout strategy for ERP and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across architecture, data governance, and testing.
• Facilitate cross-regional risk management and mitigation with governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountability for Overall Program Management of Smart Core globally: Oversee global delivery, financials/budgets and resources to ensure successful completion of the program on-time and in-budget.
• Defining our Global Roll-out strategy: Ensures Smart Core’s ERP rollout is consistent, scalable, and aligned with global best practices, reducing fragmentation and inefficiencies.
• Orchestrating Global Products & Services: Works across central functions to direct process/template alignment, architecture, integrations, master data governance, reporting, testing, application management (run) planning & mobilization, and change management for the regions based on agreed timeframes.
• Managing Risk Mitigations: Actively facilitate cross-regional alignment on risks and dependencies, enabling early visibility and collaborative mitigation across Smart Core and other global programs. Provide visibility to global risks by creating a forum where risks are surfaced, mitigation strategies co-created, and disruption is minimized through structured governance and shared ownership
• Governance and Accountability: Provides program leadership, governance, and guidance (incl. team delivery team development) for Smart Core’s ERP transformation journey to ExCom.

What we’re looking for

• We are seeking a passionate professional with ERP transformation experience with Dynamics 365.
• In addition to this, to be successful in the role, we imagine that you possess:
• Proven experience with successful Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (incl. F&O, Supply Chain & Procurement)
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT governance processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change across an organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Experience working closely with senior business & IT stakeholders
• Experience in the CPG / FMCG industry is a plus
