Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for transaction issues and process breakdowns.
• Coordinate system configuration and master data for intercompany operations.
• Lead automation initiatives using ERP, RPA, AI, analytics and reporting.
• Develop business cases and a technology roadmap for IC COE.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through stabilization and benefits measurement.

This exciting role offers opportunity to:The Intercompany COE Manager, based in Pune, is responsible for leading global intercompany transformation and technology initiatives, including ERP conversions (Oracle to SAP ECC/S4HANA), system upgrades, automation and RPA deployments, continuous improvement projects, and other controllership system enhancements.The role provides techno-functional support to Controllership users, resolves complex system and month-end issues, and partners closely with IT teams to drive solutions. Working collaboratively with Finance, IT, Shared Services, Business Units, and external technology providers, the position focuses on process standardization, digital transformation, automation, operational excellence, and control enhancement to improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance, visibility, and cost effectiveness.The role plays a key part in identifying and implementing innovative solutions, driving sustainable process improvements, and ensuring alignment with global business objectives through effective stakeholder engagement and project execution.Qualifications:Requirement:B.E / CMA / MBA / ACCA8+ years experience in Finance, Shared Services, Intercompany Operations, Process Excellence, or Transformation.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Operational Support, Governance & Process Enablemento Act as the primary escalation point for transaction issues, system errors, netting exceptions, and process breakdowns.o Support global standardization and centralization initiatives to strengthen controls, compliance, and process consistency.o Coordinate system configuration, master data corrections, and technical requests impacting intercompany operations.o Provide technical and operational support for month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely issue resolution and process continuity.Technology & Digital Transformationo Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of technology solutions supporting intercompany processes.o Drive automation initiatives utilizing ERP capabilities, workflow tools, RPA, AI, analytics, and reporting solutions.o Partner with IT and Digital teams to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support system implementations.o Develop business cases for investment in technology solutions and process improvements.o Establish and maintain a technology roadmap for the IC COE.Strategic Project Managemento Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and stabilization.o Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.o Coordinate global initiatives impacting intercompany accounting, settlement, invoicing, reconciliations, and dispute mgmt.o Ensure project governance standards are maintained, and project benefits are measurable.Process Improvement & Standardizationo Analyze current state processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate.o Lead Lean, Continuous Improvement, and process optimization initiatives.o Implement best practices and global standards across regions and business units.o Support end-to-end process redesign activities.o Data Analytics & Reportingo Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance and project outcomes.o Leverage data analytics to identify root causes of aged balances, reconciliation issues, and operational inefficiencies.o Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Stakeholder Managemento Act as a trusted advisor to Finance, Controllership, Shared Services, and Operational teams.o Facilitate workshops and solution-design sessions with key stakeholders.o Build strong partnerships with regional and global process owners.o Present project updates and transformation progress to leadership teams.Skills:Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and compliance requirements.SAP (ECC and S4) FICO Modules & Oracle R12 knowledge with expertise in GLWell versed with integration of FI with other modules of SAP (ECC and S4)/Oracle R12Understand how R12 maps to SAP (ECC and S4) and connection of harmonized values.Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar technologies.Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Process mapping and business analysis techniques.Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities.Lean or Six sigma qualification or proven leadership of global projects and process improvement initiatives.Strategic ThinkingChange LeadershipStakeholder ManagementInnovation MindsetProject Execution ExcellenceContinuous Improvement FocusCollaboration and Influence
