Job summary

Eaton in Pune is seeking a data-driven professional to support Third-Party Due Diligence (3PDD) activities within Ethics and Compliance. The role focuses on screening, monitoring, data analysis and reporting using Power BI and advanced Excel.

You will own KPI dashboards, master data maintenance, and periodic Profit Plan reporting, collaborating with IT, CLM and other functions to strengthen the third-party program.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing industries / similar industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook – advanced Excel is required (pivot tables, lookups / XLOOKUP, conditional logic, data cleansing and de-duplication, Power Query).
• Power BI is required (report build, data model refresh, publishing and sharing).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience developing risk metrics and trending reports, and presenting them through Power BI dashboards and Excel reporting packs.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Support screening activities for third parties and on-going monitoring before entering contracts.
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards for 3PDD reporting using Power BI and Excel trackers.
• Prepare recurring and annual reporting outputs, including Profit Plan consolidation and executive slides.
• Run monthly reminder cycles for questionnaires, training and red-flag cases using Excel and Power Automate.
• Coordinate with CLM, IT and Supplier Add Change to ensure Third-Party Compliance program is cross-functional.
• Support Internal Audit with root cause analysis, investigations and gap validation.
• Assist in ad-hoc due diligence screenings and data maintenance.

What you’ll do:This position will be based in Eaton’s Ethics and Compliance Corporate office in Pune.This position will support Eaton’s Third-Party Due Diligence (3PDD) function in the areas of compliance, third-party screening, risk assessment and mitigation, documentation and project execution.Responsibility includesSupport screening activities, monitoring for our third parties / distributors and sales agents before we work with them, conduct watchlist screening, escalate any items that need attention, synthesize, and analyze data derived from multiple sources and work closely with the Ethics and Compliance team. The role also carries ownership of the recurring 3PDD reporting and data-maintenance cycle, which requires hands-on Microsoft Excel and Power BI capability.
