Schneider Electric is seeking a Payroll Integration Analyst to oversee design, governance, and support of payroll integrations across a global landscape. The Payroll Integration Analyst is responsible for the strategic oversight, design, governance, and support of payroll integrations across a complex global payroll landscape. This role guides and coordinates integration activities involving multiple payroll providers and platforms, including Strada, iiPay, RAMCO, and other payroll vendors, ensuring accurate, secure, compliant, and scalable data exchanges between HCM, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Rewards and Finance systems.
The ideal candidate combines deep payroll process knowledge with expertise in integration technologies, data governance, cybersecurity controls, and emerging technology trends. The Payroll Integration Analyst serves as a trusted advisor to payroll, HR, and technology stakeholders, driving operational excellence while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile: A professional with experience in Global Payroll + SAP SuccessFactors ECP/Oracle HCM + Payroll Integrations (SAP CPI/APIs/Middleware) + Payroll Vendors (Strada, iiPay, RAMCO) who can bridge business and technology teams while driving secure, scalable payroll integration solutions
