Job summary

Schneider Electric in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to analyze, optimize and transform key IT operational processes, driving efficiency and business value across the organization.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, create clear documentation, and lead training sessions that empower teams to adopt new tools and ways of working in a collaborative environment.

• Process Improvement — developing level; identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that drive results
