Job summary

Schneider Electric looks for a Cybersecurity Advisor to join the Digital Energy Software Cybersecurity Team. The role supports development of resilient products and systems, manages risk, and advises R&D teams on security practices and standards.

You will deploy SDL, lead security initiatives, and serve as the cybersecurity contact for a portfolio of offers, collaborating with product owners to specify security requirements and engage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
• Experience deploying Secure Development Lifecycle practices to R&D teams
• Experience leading working groups and facilitating change
• Proficiency at communicating appropriately to different groups including customers and business stakeholders

• Technical background to understand PC, cloud, and embedded product architecture, communication protocols, and networking equipment

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
