• Comfort working in a hybrid setup based in Ranchi, with the discipline to manage both office and remote tasks effectively.
• Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with office software and CRM or sales tools to manage leads and client information.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Ethical, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and conduct sales calls and meetings.
