Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Consultant located in Gurgaon. The job holder will be responsible for generating sales and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Reaching the targets and goals set for the month. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base. Follow up on the database / leads provided by company.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads into sales.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of customers.
• Responsible for all operations, customer servicing and customer retention activities for customers.
• Drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
• Business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to the reporting authority.
