Job summary

Genius Consultants in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu is seeking a target-driven Insurance Sales Executive to grow life, health, and general insurance product penetration among existing customers and NTB clients.

You will leverage branchwalkthroughs, walk-ins and active CASA accounts to pitch suitable insurance solutions, build strong relationships with HNIs and premium clients, coordinate with branch staff, and ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling insurance products to banking customers.
• Ability to convert leads from branch activities and existing customers.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales and penetration of Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance products to existing and new-to-bank customers.

Role & responsibilities

• Insurance Business Generation: Drive the sales and penetration of Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance products to existing and new-to-bank (NTB) customers.
• Lead Conversion & Cross-Selling: Leverage leads generated from branch walkthroughs, walk-in customers, and active banking accounts (CASA) to pitch suitable insurance solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and premium branch clients to capture a higher share of their financial wallets.
• Joint Branch Coordination: Collaborate closely with the branch staff (Tellers, Operations Executives, and Personal Bankers) to filter and pitch products to the existing bank walk-in base.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly insurance premium and activation sales targets.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate filling of proposal forms, correct customer profiling, and strict adherence to IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) guidelines.
