Skillventory is seeking a dynamic professional for a life insurance direct sales role in Pune. You will generate new business through direct outreach and handle leads via calls, meetings, and digital channels.

You will assess customer financial needs, present suitable policies, and drive monthly and annual premium targets while building lasting client relationships. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with a target-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Services / Direct Sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with sales and relationship-management abilities.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered.

Responsibilities
