Job summary

Navya Mantra Hr Consulting is seeking an Insurance Expert to drive insurance business across mapped branches and BPs, providing sales and service support for LI, HI, and GI products.

The role focuses on new premium growth, activation of sales, and risk profiling of clients, while enabling cross-sales and training for branch teams to ensure IRDA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred.
• Experience — 3-6 years in Life Insurance or broking companies having exposure in Insurance business.
• Mandatory Certifications — IRDA
• Knowledge of Insurance industry and products.

Responsibilities

• Insurance Advisory & Clients risk Management: Partner with sales and advisory team & BPs to manage their clients relationship across all insurance products.
• Business Development & Revenue Generation: Drive new premium and revenue through BPs and mapped branches by visiting their clients on joint calls, grow insurance penetration.
• Product & Market Expertise: Act as one stop shop solution for insurance products, provide quotations, comparisons across products & manufacturers to help clients take informed decisions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure IRDA/internal compliance, maintain documentation, follow approved investment frameworks.

Job Overview

The Insurance Expert is responsible for driving insurance business of mapped branches & BPs by providing sales and service support.

The role focuses on new premium growth, activation of sales, advisors and BPs across all insurance offerings (LI, HI & GI).

Role & responsibilities

• Insurance Advisory & Clients risk Management: Partner with sales and advisory team & BPs to manage their clients relationship across all insurance products. Do detailed risk-profiling of clients & suggest suitable insurance solutions across life & non life products.
• Business Development & Revenue Generation: Drive new premium and revenue through BPs and mapped branches by visiting their clients on joint calls, grow insurance penetration, collaborate with sales & advisory teams, improve cross sales opportunities.
• Product & Market Expertise: Act as one stop shop solution for insurance products, provide quotations, comparisons across products & manufacturers to help clients take informed decisions. Conduct periodic training for branch teams as well as BPs, conduct risk & investment planning webinars/seminars.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure IRDA/internal compliance, maintain documentation, follow approved investment frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications - MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred.

Experience -- 3--6 years in Life Insurance or broking companies having exposure in Insurance business.

Mandatory Certifications -- IRDA
