Placement Services in Odisha and West Bengal seeks a motivated Insurance Sales Manager to lead a team of agents, drive life and health insurance sales, and expand market share.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, recruit and train agents, monitor performance, coach the team, and foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Regular reporting to senior management will track progress and opportunities.
