• Responsible for process documentation, SOP maintenance and process improvement initiatives in a high-volume environment.

Skilled in Money-In processes including asset transfers, enrollments, recordkeeping, account maintenance, IRA contributions, and file processing. Proficient in address verification using USPS and public record tools. Experienced in process handling, process mapping, and IGO NIGO processing standard.
