Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Coordinator - Insurance Operations to support the production and processing of complex documents and reports in a hybrid work environment in Bengaluru.

You will maintain understanding of core insurance aspects and related legislation, strengthen client relationships, and ensure adherence to company policies while contributing to SLA, KPI, and overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation).
• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
• Adheres to Company policies and performance standards.
• Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives.
