Job summary

Marsh in Mumbai seeks a detail-oriented professional to ensure timely and accurate production and processing of documents, and to prepare reports for compliance and performance tracking.

The role supports achievement of SLAs and KPIs, adheres to policy standards, updates reports from templates, and maintains a basic understanding of insurance legislation in a hybrid work environment with onsite collaboration.

• Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents/information
• Prepares reports and updates them based on predefined templates
• Contributes to achievement of SLAs, KPIs and business objectives
• Adheres to company policies and performance standards
• Maintains a basic understanding of relevant Insurance legislation

Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents/information (includes report preparation)

Contributes to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives

Adheres to Company policies and performance standards

Updates reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry

Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
