Job summary

Smart Moves Talent Crafters Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Non-Motor Insurance Operations professional to manage end-to-end policy issuance and processing for non-motor products across India.

You will handle Fire, Burglary, Engineering, Property, and Technical policies, perform quality checks, process endorsements, and coordinate with sales and insurers to ensure timely issuance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Non-Motor Insurance Operations/Policy Issuance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end policy issuance and processing for non-motor insurance products.
• Handle Fire, Burglary, Engineering, Property, Technical and other commercial/non-motor products.
• Conduct policy quality checks and document verification.
• Process endorsements, policy amendments and corrections.
• Coordinate with the business/sales team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely issuance.
• Ensure accuracy of policy documentation and adherence to internal processes.
• Coordinate with insurers for policy-related queries and requirements.
• Manage Pan-India non-motor insurance transactions.
