• Monitor policy renewal dates and ensure timely renewals with accurate information in the company system.
• Maintain detailed records of broker interactions, quotes, and finalized policies; ensure documents are delivered on time.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide administrative support to leadership as needed.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Executive, you will:

1. Be the Coverage Specialist Serve as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related queries for our high-profile HNI clients. Coordinate directly with insurance broker partners to obtain competitive and timely quotes for luxury vehicle portfolios. Analyze policies to ensure clients receive the best market price as well as the most comprehensive coverage.
2. Drive Data Integrity & Confidentiality Maintain and constantly update the company database with accurate policy information and renewal dates. Handle sensitive client data with the highest level of discretion, recognizing that our data is both valuable and strictly confidential. Ensure all internal functioning regarding client records remains organized and secure.
3. Manage Renewals and Market Comparisons Monitor policy expiration dates proactive to ensure no lapse in coverage for our members. Communicate value-driven options to clients, highlighting time savings and cost efficiency in line with A-Cars' standards.
4. Stay Organized with Documentation Maintain detailed records of all broker interactions, quotes, and finalized policies. Ensure timely delivery of policy documents and updates on payment and delivery statuses.
5. Commit to Excellence Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their insurance coverage and gather feedback. Provide seamless administrative support to the Founder and CEO for all insurance-related matters. Any other work that the company feels you are fit to execute.
