• 3-5 years of relevant experience in instrumentation maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical API manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems and field instruments.
• Perform calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation-related faults and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
• Maintain and support PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems, as applicable.
• Ensure proper functioning of control loops, transmitters, sensors, and other instrumentation devices.
• Support qualification activities for instrumentation and control systems.
• Maintain calibration records, maintenance logs, and other relevant engineering documentation.
• Follow applicable GMP, safety, and EHS requirements.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and other engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
