Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/API manufacturing or a similar process industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and maintenance planning.
• Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Ensure the reliable operation of HT/LT systems, transformers, motors, MCC/PCC panels, DG sets, and associated electrical equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize plant downtime.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Utilities, Instrumentation, and other departments for smooth plant operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain electrical maintenance records and documentation.
• Support energy conservation and electrical system reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and contractors for maintenance and servicing activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GMP requirements, engineering SOPs, and plant safety procedures.
