Job summary

Agile Technology Solutions - Your Technology Partner in Pune seeks an experienced Instrumentation Design Engineer to drive detailed engineering for industrial and water treatment projects. You will prepare instrument indices, I/O lists, cable schedules, and loop drawings, and review instrument datasheets and hook-up drawings.

The role requires deep knowledge of flow, level, and pressure instruments, process analyzers (pH, conductivity, turbidity, ORP), and valve sizing, plus coordinating

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation or Electronics & Instrumentation required.
• 5–10 years of instrumentation design/detailed engineering experience.
• Exposure to EPC projects and vendor documents would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Instrumentation Detailed Engineering for industrial and water treatment projects.
• Prepare Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Cable Schedules and JB Schedules.
• Prepare and review Instrument Datasheets, Hook-up Drawings and Loop Drawings.
• Handle selection and engineering of Flow, Level and Pressure Instruments.
• Work on process analyzers such as pH, Conductivity, Turbidity and ORP.
• Perform Control Valve Selection and Sizing.
• Coordinate PLC/DCS/SCADA and control system engineering activities.
• Conduct Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and review vendor documents.
• Coordinate with Process, Electrical, Mechanical and other engineering teams.
• Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.
