Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology (BTech) is required.
• Experience in instrumentation and automation for industrial/process plants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop instrumentation and automation engineering deliverables independently for industrial and process plant projects.
• Select and specify field instruments and analytical instruments based on process requirements.
• Prepare instrumentation design basis and engineering calculations.
• Perform instrument sizing and selection for: Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature, Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Safety Instrumented Devices, Gas Detection Systems, Weighing Systems, Analyzers.
• Develop PLC, DCS, and SCADA system architecture and configurations.
• Prepare: System Configuration Diagrams, Control Philosophy Documents, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Control Narratives, Alarm Philosophy Documents.
• Develop communication architecture using industrial protocols such as:
