Job summary

Jubilant Biosys in Bengaluru is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance of medical chemistry and biology lab instruments. You will work with scientists to ensure smooth operation and respond to instrument issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Reporting to the lab operations team, you will coordinate with vendors for installation and service, perform calibrations, follow GLP guidelines, and maintain-master schedules to keep equipment in optimal

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Familiarity with GLP guidelines and master maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdown maintenance calls and perform routine preventive maintenance for medical chemist & biology labs instruments in Jubilant Biosys.
• Execute preventive maintenance and calibration as per Master Schedule/GLP guidelines.
• Assist and execute preventive maintenance and maintenance for various Biology and Analytical Equipments.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance and breakdown activities.
• Work with scientists to ensure smooth running of the equipments.
• If any problem arises in the equipment by the end of the day, attend to the problem on the same day.

• Executing Preventive Maintenance and Calibration as per Master Schedule/GLP guidelines.
• To assist and Execute Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance for Various Biology and Analytical Equipments.
• To Co-ordinate with Vendors for the Installation, Maintenance and Break down activities.
• Working with Scientists to ensure smooth running of the Equipments.
• If any problem arises in the Equipment by the end of the day, he should have the intension of attending to the problem on the same day.
