Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Jhagadia is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to support the chemical plant’s instrumentation network, maintain spare parts history, and provide technical support to safety and production teams.

The role focuses on preventive and breakdown maintenance, timely breakdown recovery, control of material use, adherence to QMS and EMS procedures, and updating documents and records while coordinating with other service departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain history of Spare parts/Instruments/DCS/PLC, Yokogawa, Siemens etc.
• Provide technical support to all departments by deciding priority to safety and production
• Plan to complete breakdown in minimum time
• Carry out preventive & breakdown maintenance activities on priority basis
• Effective control of material consumption
• Participating in department objectives & achievement
• Execute QMS & EMS procedures to meet quality requirement
• Update & maintain documents & records.
• Participating in training, Also Conduct on job training of immediate subordinate
• Co-ordinate with other service department to ensure smooth functioning of engineering department
• Follow the work instructions of the superior on need basis
