Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking an Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer to address instrument and control system issues across production units, R&D, and QC. You will lead maintenance activities and ensure system reliability.

Responsibilities include preparing preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance plans, maintaining log books and history cards, and calibrating field instruments such as transmitters, valves, detectors and analytical devices.

• Rectification of instrument and control system related issues of production units, R&D and QC
• Preparation and implementation of Preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance plan for instruments and control systems
• Maintain log books, update history cards and breakdown reports
• Calibration of various field instruments like, pressure, level, flow, temperature transmitters, control valves, weighing scales, gas detectors, analytical instruments, etc.
