Job summary

Samridhi in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, is seeking a technically adept professional to ensure GMP/GEP compliance and safety guidelines across the plant. You will lead daily shift activities, prepare maintenance schedules, and generate essential reports to optimize plant performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include equipment efficiency projects, MTTR/MTBF tracking, inventory control of spares, and coordinating contractor work with proper permits.

Qualifications

• Ensure GMP/GEP compliance across plant operations.
• Adhere to Abbott Safety Guidelines for safety compliance.
• Provide technical support and training to subordinates.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage permits and closures.
• Maintain and analyze equipment reliability data and spares inventory.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily shift activity in the plant.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Generate daily power & running hour reports.
• Prepare monthly breakdown data and perform analysis.
• Generate daily shift reports and manage shift handovers.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring issues for equipment.
• Identify and implement projects to improve equipment efficiency.
• Track MTTR and MTBF for equipment/areas.
• Oversee inventory of PLC/HMI spares and related software.
• Maintain electrical wiring diagrams for equipment.

Role & responsibilities

• To ensure compliance of GMP/GEP.
• To ensure safety compliance as per Abbott Safety Guidelines.
• To carryout daily shift activity in Plant.
• Preparing Preventive maintenance schedule of equipment.
• Daily Power & Running Hour report generation.
• Monthly Breakdown Data preparation & analysis.
• Generation of daily shift report and shift handling.
• Why-Why analysis of repeated issue in tablet and liquid oral block with continual improvement in equipment performance.
• Identify & implementation of projects for equipments efficiency improvement.
• Inventory management of PLC/HMI spares and related software.
• Upkeep of electrical wiring diagram of the equipment.
• To impart technical support & training to subordinates & colleagues.
• Co-ordination with contractor for execution of area related work, issuing of work permits & their closure.
• Inventory management and Procurement of electrical/instrumentation spares of equipment’s.
• Track MTTR and MTBF of equipment/area on regular basis.
• Exposure to pharma equipment like CVC, BQS, Elmach, Fette, Korsch, ACG, Glatt, Bectochem, Brothers Pharmamech, Shreeji , Romaco etc.
