Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bengaluru seeks a maintenance engineer responsible for rectifying instrument and control system issues across production units, R&D and QC. You will develop and implement preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance plans for instruments and control systems, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime.

You will maintain log books and history cards, and calibrate field instruments such as transmitters, valves, weighing scales and detectors to ensure accurate readings and

• Rectification of instrument and control system related issues of production units, R&D and QC
• Preparation and implementation of Preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance plan for instruments and control systems
• Maintain log books, update history cards and breakdown reports
• Calibration of various field instruments like, pressure, level, flow, temperature transmitters, control valves, weighing scales, gas detectors, analytical instruments, etc.
