Instrumentation engineer with minimum 6 years’ experience in construction field. Should have experience in treatment plant including effluent treat plant, raw water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, and DM plant. Must be experienced in erection, testing and commissioning of PLC/DCS/Field instruments, analyzers, and SCADA.
Experience in EPC projects, refinery projects, and subcontractor management is required. Must have interacted with clients for daily progress reporting and other project activities. Must have handled independently at least one site with large volume of E&I work.
Hands‑on experience with DCS/PLC/SCADA systems such as Siemens, Emerson, Honeywell, Yokogawa, and ABB.
Knowledge of troubleshooting PLC/DCS programming and capable of handling day‑to‑day logic issues.
Knowledge of upgrading/downloading logic and backups.
Perform I/O checks, marshalling verification, and signal validation. Resolve any technical problems faced during project execution.
Interface with process, electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines.
Support during FAT/SAT installation, loop checking, pre‑commissioning & commissioning. Attend punch points and ensure timely punch clearance. Update and verify as‑built drawings.
