Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a PF Instrument professional for Rawan Cement Works (Township Location) to handle instrumentation duties in a cement plant. You will work as Engineer/Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager with focus on reliability, maintenance planning and process monitoring.

The role requires a B.Tech/B.E in Instrumentation or ECE and 5–15 years of experience in pyro sections, gas analysers and drive systems. On-site work at a cement facility with safety and ISO/WCM adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.Tech/B.E in Instrumentation or ECE.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with pyro systems, gas analysers and drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximise plant availability, improve productivity and reduce maintenance costs for Kiln, Coal mill and wagon tippler sections.
• Calibrate weigh feeders, Rotascle, Coriolis and maintain records.
• Regularly monitor gas analysers and stack monitors and maintain records.
• Check hydraulic systems (IKN cooler, FLS CB cooler, Piffer, mill hydraulics, wagon tippler hydraulics) and maintain.
• Maintain conveyor safety devices and bag filters.
• Prepare cost estimates, specify technical requirements and plan for execution of new/Capex jobs.
• Maintain Pi system and data historian for the plant.
• Implement safety standards and ISO/WCM system; develop self and subordinates.

Job Description of Position Incumbent
