Job summary

UltraTech Cement invites applications for a PF Instrument position (Mines Cr LS T) at Rawan Cement Works (IU). Qualified engineers with 5–15 years in instrumentation are sought for challenging maintenance and process improvement duties.

The role covers calibration, safety standards, data history maintenance and technical planning for Capex projects, with emphasis on reliability and team development in a heavy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Maximise plant availability, improve productivity and minimise maintenance cost for Kiln, Coal mill & wagon tippler section.
• Calibration of weigh feeders, Rotascle, Coriolis and maintain records.
• Regularly check gas analysers, stack monitors and maintain records.
• Check hydraulic systems like IKN cooler, FLS CB cooler and Piffer, mill hydraulics & wagon tippler hydraulics.
• Regular upkeep of all conveyor safety devices and Bag filters.
• Preparation for cost estimation, finalising technical specifications and planning for execution for new/Capex jobs.
• Maintaining Pi system & Data historian for the plant.
• Safety standards implementation, safety enhancement at workplace, ISO/WCM system implementation.
• Develop Self and subordinates development, People management.
