Hiring: Healthcare Data & Operations SME

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clinic workflows including front desk, clerical tasks, patient assistance, and scheduling
• Train and support staff on EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) – registration, records, dashboards, and data entry
• Oversee billing & claims processing including ICD/CPT coding, claims submission, and error resolution
• Ensure strict HIPAA compliance for patient privacy, PHI protection, and secure messaging
• Organize, clean, and manage healthcare data to drive decision-making and improve clinic KPIs
• Guide process improvements in patient registration, chart management, data quality, and reporting
• Build team capability through structured modules, including: EHR/EMR navigation, registration, and records management; Billing, coding, and claims management; Data management, healthcare metrics, and Excel-based reporting; Strong background in healthcare operations and data management; Hands-on expertise with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.); Knowledge of billing & coding standards (ICD, CPT); Proven experience with HIPAA compliance & patient data security; Proficiency in healthcare metrics, reporting, and data quality management; Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
