Job summary

Syncron Learning seeks a Senior Instructional Designer with 4–5 years of experience to design scenario-based product training and leverage AI tools for faster, higher-quality content creation. You will collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, projectized environment to grow in software product training.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, scalability, and delivering engaging, multilingual training experiences across Syncron products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in software/product training or user assistance.
• Strong experience in scenario-based instructional design.
• Experience working in a projectized/agile environment.
• Experience building storyboards, simulations, and assessments.
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in content development workflows.
• Ability to use AI to improve productivity (not just basic usage).
• Expertise in Articulate suite of applications.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI tools.

Syncron Learning builds scalable learning and certification programs for customers and partners across Syncron products.

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer (4–5 years experience) who can design scenario-based product training and leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, scale, and quality. This role requires working in a fast-paced, projectized environment with strong cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for Instructional Designers who want to grow in the software product training space.

Note: We are seeking an AI-enabled Instructional Designer who uses AI to work faster, smarter, and at scale-not a traditional content developer.
