Job summary

Syncron Learning seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to create scenario-based product training for Syncron’s software solutions. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, ensure high quality, and scale materials across customer and partner programs.

This role demands collaboration with SMEs in a fast-paced, projectized environment and a focus on scalable, AI-driven content workflows. The position is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in software/product training or user assistance.
• Strong experience in scenario-based instructional design.
• Experience working in a projectized/agile environment.
• Experience building storyboards, simulations, and assessments.
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in content development workflows.
• Ability to use AI to improve productivity (not just basic usage).
• Expertise in Articulate suite of applications.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI tools.

About the role

Syncron Learning builds scalable learning and certification programs for customers and partners across Syncron products.

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer (4 5 years experience) who can design scenario-based product training and leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, scale, and quality. This role requires working in a fast-paced, projectized environment with strong cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for Instructional Designers who want to grow in the software product training space.

Note: We are seeking an AI-enabled Instructional Designer who uses AI to work faster, smarter, and at scale-not a traditional content developer.

What would you do
