Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design scenario-based training for Syncron products and to build scalable learning and certification programs for customers and partners in Bengaluru. The role requires leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, maintain high quality, and support multilingual content initiatives.

You will create storyboards, simulations, and assessments while collaborating with SMEs in an agile environment and simplifying complex product

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in software/product training or user assistance
• Strong experience in scenario-based instructional design
• Experience working in a projectized/agile environment
• Experience building storyboards, simulations, and assessments
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in content development workflows
• Ability to use AI to improve productivity beyond basic usage
• Expertise in Articulate suite of applications
• Familiarity with Agentic AI tools
• Strong instructional design and storytelling skills
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to simplify complex product workflows
• High attention to quality and detail
• Experience with SCM or enterprise SaaS products
• Experience building certification programs
• Exposure to AI-driven workflows or automation concepts
• Experience with localization and multilingual content
